Description

This is from Week 2 of my Freewall(Aerosol painting) class.
We had partners! 2 to a piece. So I grabbed the 1 person I knew and we worked together. The requirements were literally: lets see if you can work in a group and make a good piece. The fact that we knew each other,have similar interests and were both new kinda felt like a cheat code :XD:

I was tired of english words so we tried for other alphabet words.  Original plan: Write "wall" in Russian or Chinese(he's chinese so yea~) on our wall, and be all witty like that.  We couldn't find a translation for either!! My phone isn't exactly hightech either,so we were bummed...and had to do something else.
Well,we're both into anime/Manga and both happen to be into Hetalia. SO! We decided to do Japan. As in,LITERALLY JAPAN.

We decided 3D kanji would look cool and we alternated the fill and outlines colors between pink/green. (that was so hard to figure out,you guys,you don't even know:dead:) After that we had decide that we wanted a background that was Japan specific and after I roamed around in google images for a bit,we decided on the WW2 Japanese flag sun design. And Some highlights to make the sun look more real. Those highlights are supposed to resemble -insert japanese name of 'shape created by 3 comma shapes in a circle' here-

Getting those angles just right was killer--especially since we're both pretty short and trying to reach above our heads to get this big red sun inkyuhyun

Afterwords,we got told that,when it came to the background n all, we should've done the sun FIRST.  ...I agree that would've been easier ^^;
But they loved it! So I love it more than regret it~
